Welcome to Spades Tournament (“the App”), owned and operated by Nimbus LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Spades Tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms comply with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play Developer Program Policies, and all relevant consumer protection standards.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using the App, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.

If under 18, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and store policies (Apple App Store + Google Play).

Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Install the App on a personal device you own or control.

Use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may NOT:

Modify, copy, or distribute the App or any content within it.

Use the App for commercial or public display, unless expressly permitted.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.

Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer your App access to others.

This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

Spades Tournament may offer optional in-app purchases (IAPs), including cosmetic upgrades, game credits, or premium features.

All IAP transactions are processed securely through Apple or Google.

We do not store or access your credit card or payment information.

Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as provided under Apple or Google’s refund policies.

If you request a refund, you must submit it through:

We follow whichever decision Apple or Google makes regarding refund eligibility.

4. User Accounts & Data

The App may allow optional account creation or cloud-save functionality.

By creating an account, you agree that:

You accept that gameplay and progress may be stored or synced.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA-compliant).

5. User Behavior & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or attempt to manipulate gameplay.

Harass or threaten other players.

Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or unauthorized mods.

Upload any harmful or inappropriate content.

Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

6. Virtual Items

Any in-game coins, tokens, achievements, or cosmetic items:

Have no real-world monetary value.

Are owned by us, not you.

Cannot be sold, traded, or transferred between users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Nimbus LLC makes no warranties, including but not limited to:

Fitness for a particular purpose

Continuous availability

Error-free operation

Accuracy of game results or data

You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

Loss of data, gameplay progress, or virtual items

Device damage

Loss of profits or business interruption

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those areas, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

9. Updates & Modifications

We may:

Modify or discontinue parts of the App,

Push automatic updates,

Change game rules, scoring, or features,

at any time, with or without notice.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services.
We do not control these services and are not responsible for:

Their content

Their policies

Their security practices

Use them at your own risk.

11. Refund Policy (App Store + Google Play Compliant)

Refunds for digital goods are governed by Apple and Google, not Nimbus LLC.

You may be eligible for a refund only through:

We encourage you to contact the respective store for refund evaluation.

Nimbus LLC cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made in the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts,

Revoke access to the App,

Disable gameplay features,

if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, U.S.A., unless local law requires otherwise. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Texas.

International users are responsible for complying with local laws.

14. Cookie & Tracking Technologies (For App + Website)

If the App or website uses cookies or analytic tracking:

Cookies may collect usage data to improve App performance.

You may disable cookies in your device settings.
